which one is worth the most, gloom, eternal or celestial

trying to make 3 of my gold shields perfect but since it is going so slow i wanted to know which one is worth the most req 9 str gold gloom, req 9 tac celestial and req 9 str eternal shield

tnx will work in that one first then probably should have asked it right away but how much would they be worth with +30 -5 (20%) ? all 3 i mean

ALl full moded : Gloom 25-35k, Celestial 40-45k , Eternal 60-70k ...hm mayby more Eternal
