Blindfold head piece

Hey I just got a blindfold head piece for my necro.

But to my disappointment it cannot be dyed. I think that there should be an update to make it where it can be dyed.

I would sign a petition saying that ANet should stop making gear (specifically armor, nobody really cares much for dying weapons, rite?) that can't be dyed.

It should, lots of people want that option, but it's a small update and as with many other things (Tormented weapons stop their animation after awhile for example ) It prob will never be done, because Anet does does not want to use time to fix clipping issues and stuff like that it seems. If it's not major then it seems to be left alone, which is understandable given the size of guildwars I guess :P

WE should be able to make it look good with however we want to dye our armor.
I would make it white, like normal cloth.

Got my blindfold few days ago. Knew it cant be dyed but would be nice that Anet makes it dyable.

People have been complaining about this since it came out and they realized they couldn't dye it. I seriously doubt Anet will make this dye-able (at least not right now). They don't really seem to care about that kind of stuff anymore.

Why would you want a blindfold in the first place? And if your blindfolded then I guess the color wouldn't really matter, correct?

pretty sure shortly after gwen came out a-net made a statement about how they wouldnt fix clipping and/or dying ability of the blindfold.

i cant really find the update, but id assume if they dont change clipping they wont change dying.

/sign anyway, i have one on my mesmer with a mix of monument and elite lux dyed purpe+red and the blindfold is just a bit lighter hue of purple, bugs me a bit, but its still cute.

Sry, no one should care. Any bit of research ahead of time would have told you it can't be dyed.

I wanna go back to the fun of mixing dyes to get LOTS A COLORS. Remember? Pink dye? Bluish black dye. Any who, yeah it should be dyeable. Purple is last years blindfold color.

Anet is kinda stupid though, they allowed a lot of the other collector items dyeable, WHY O WHY did they exclude the blindfold?

they made they dread mask dyeable, why not blindfold. laziness and apathy is what it was.

frustrated me when they stopped making festival hats dyeable as well...that's a mystery to me
