Why buy GW gold when you can...

100k is for one account. for $20 or less you can buy another guild wars game thats now 200k a month. Money for doing next to nothing is crappy huh. Less work than farming, less work than power selling... plus its gold on top of whatever u do.
3 accounts is 300k a month etc.

Its so easy to do predictions just pick the top ten GvG guilds or gut feeling. 1v1 hero battles who knows there just randomly pick some unless you are in the pvp crowd and know whos name is who that week.

Maybe Z-elite with a full team?

That's easy, just look at the last two months Tournament results, and the guild ladder.

The 1vs1 is harder to predict, but again the last 2 results + hero battle ladder give a rough idea.

I don't think I even spent more than 100k in all my 700+ hours of GW gameplay...

Anyways, farming UW is boring. I thought about getting another account or two just for the predictions, but that seems like a waste of money to me at the moment.

Prolly the cheap crap, and burned cookies. Chewy cookies and the good stuff will net you like, maybe four accounts, or even an account with the Factions CE.

Posting an idea to an alternative way of obtaining Guild Wars gold is a nice gesture and all, but when mentioning the fact that this is a better method instead of purchasing Guild Wars gold through illegal means is honestly a no-no. This will either fuel the thoughts of people with malcious intentions, or have Anet remove a way of profit for people who use the Xunlai Predictions as legitament way of gaining a bit of profit.

Sometimes personal ideas are best left undiscussed. I can see this developing into a major issue now, neither being beneficial to the "average joe" of a player. Thinking into an issue sometimes offers more conflict than assistance at times. The majority of issues that abrupt on Guild Wars are always discussed on the forums of this site early on and always end with the demise of a once legitment task into a furiously abused method that is soon deleted afterwards.

Looking into something such as the Xunlai Predictions and putting a negative spin on it such as, "for profitting gold buyers" is not exactly a good idea. Undoubtly, the bad guys profit will profit temporarly. But then again, maybe I am a hypocrite, looking at this to indepthly in a negative way.

Never have I made any tournament predictions whatsoever. Other than the fact I find the very idea behind it rather stupid, there's really nothing in this game I need. Or want. All of the "high-end" items look horrible to me and I do not feel the urge to throw my e-peen around. Since I'm not spending money, I'm just hoarding it. Amount of gold in my stash has increased by 250K in 3 weeks. The only problem I have is the lack of storage for items and gold. Can't understand why anyone would need more than 100K a month just to get by.

Pre-NF pvp chars needed a fair amount to be properly equipped. I know some major pvp players bought gold for that.

Aside from that, epeens hell yeah.

Btw - you might want to look into the PvP forum. Those guys set up a Predictions-thread every month - it might give you some ideas.
(Just suggesting - I haven't followed my own advice yet. I guess I don't need money THAT bad ... Although since we might see the AFK-rings sometime soon again - and I do need like 300k to get me through that weekend ... it would be the smart idea to start doing this ...)
