PC on tormented shield and Armbrace

So I'm looking to buy a Tormented Shield, and want to know how much are both items worth to see wich is cheaper to get, the shield, or the armbrace since I can trade it for anything, I'm thinking it'll be worth more. Thanks.

Shield -100k+20-25 ectos.

Ambrace-100k+25-30 ectos ( Have seen in Kamadan for around +28)\
