Req 9 Elemental Sword

If I added a 20% Sundering mod, would it be worth a lot more? And what if I got rid of the +15%-10 armor mod? Should I replace it with a +15%^50%?

Add a 15^50 and you can probably get 15-20k imo.

i think the way it is you can get around 25k....I would just try selling it for 25k the way it is.
