PC on q.9 Tribal shield (tactics)

I remember hearing somewhere that these a sort of uncommon, then again i may just be stupid so yes it's the skin with the face on it, any ideas? I'm not too fussed if its only merchant worthy, i just need to make sure before i mindlessly sell it

Assuming it's gold you can get ~15-25k for it, not a huge market but those looking for one would easily pay at least that much.
