PC on R8 Great Conch

Ok, need a PC pls, have had this in my chest for a while. I thought about selling before, and because of the color a guy called me a liar, so Im wondering if its rare?

Its white, non inscribeable, no inherent mods

BUT! - you ARE able to add one mod to it...I added then took off a +30 shield handle, which when I add it, makes the shield blue. (this was why I got called a liar, because the guy tried to say its not moddable because its white, but I guarantee you it is, cause I did mod it.)

Any ideas? Fast PC's would be wondermous, thank you in advance to all!!!

All white EotN and NF-shields can be modded with a Shield Handle, just not with an inscription.

The Item turns blue simply because you add an upgrade to it, happens to all white items.

I'd salvage the +30HP and merch the shield. It's nothing speical, sorry.
