Very nice, my gf has been interested in trying GW but alas, she only loves her Mac. Since the main site is down, should I download the Mac Pro or Mac Games for her? I'm guessing Games?

Either or, really. I've been using COGames since July, and not seen any problems with it thus far. Since its free, go ahead and get both. ^^

The CrossOver Games one is a little more automated, since it has GW support built it.

Running at 60 fps btw, looks sweet on my mac.

GW runs reasonably well in WINE, but since Crossover it's free today, guess i'll give it a try.

After trying for half a day getting to run GW on Ubuntu (8.04 and 8.10), with a decent framerate I gave up on it.

I didnt get more than 30 fps at the login screen, in Rata it dropped to 16 and worse... Tried every trick, -dx8 -nosound -noshaders, register tweaks.

System specs: AMD XP2100, 1Gb ram, Nvidia 7600 GS
