Game of the year edition

I just got the new game of the year edition and I typed in /bonus in the chat window and have been given all the gear but one thing. I am not able to get the stone to summon the fire imp, I have tried this on all of my characters and I am still getting the same thing. Has anyone else had this happen to them or does anyone have anything the could tell me about this thanks.

Are all the characters you tried it on level 20? They have to be level 19 or lower to use it.

even if he is level 20 it will still appear he just wont be able to use it

Did you buy the GOTY upgrade from the In-Game store?

If he has all three campaigns he should be able to get the summoning stone. I bought all three of my campaigns over a year ago and I still get the summoning stone.

but it only works for characters that HAVEN'T reached lvl 20

You can get the stone on a lvl 20.

Yes the stone does show on any char even a lvl 20 but as has been said you cant activate and use it.
If your type /bonus all things will show up unless you are carrying that particular weapon/shield etc.
If the stone is not showing up it's either a bug or you have not met the requirements is the only thing I can think of
and to contact support and see is they can help you.
