Looking for a high-end PvE/potential PvP guild

Hello, I am looking for a guild that focuses on high-end PvE, that also has the ability to branch off to all aspects of PvP.

My Guild Wars Statistics-

I have been playing Guild Wars since early August of 2007. I own, and have completed all campaigns, as well as Eye of the North, therefore I have unlocked Hard Mode for each campaign. I have access to the Underworld, Fissure of Woe, Domain of Anguish, Sorrow's Furnace, Slaver's Exile, as well as both teh Deep and Urgoz's Warren.

I have 6 PvE level 20 characters, 1 Mesmer, 1 Monk, 1 Necromancer, 1 Dervish, and 2 Elementalists (one of which will be deleted after the other possesses the PvE skills the other already has). Other characters include, 1 Warrior, and 1 Ranger, leaving room for two other potential characters.

I live in ON, Canada, in the Eastern Time Zone. I am mostly on after school (4-?pm), but also have a part time job. I am sixteen years old. I have access to Ventrilo and have a microphone.

Additional Info.-

I have 0 titles maxed. Up until recently I was never interested in maxing titles. This past year has been very hectic for me, mostly with real life friends whom I played Guild Wars with. There is a lot that I have done in this game, and there is a lot that I know about it, but there are somethings that I have not learned yet that I wish to. I like to think of myself as a mature person, who likes to think outside the box, is very honest, and is very good at taking directions.
