Veratas gaze?

I was wondering if heroes would actually use this quick enough on their own to make maligned intervention actually worth while. I tried using it a bit but noticed usually I would kill a minion about half way before the ai would actually gaze it and by then it died within seconds anyway.

So has anyone else found out ways to make it useful or heroes that actually use it? Or should I just stick shambling horror on my other discord heroes instead.

Not all the time, but it's still worth taking with malign intervention.
They don't prioritize it over other skills, it doesn't goes well with death nova for exemple.

I've found they don't use it nearly fast enough.

Yeah, I was kinda hoping they'd use it just about as soon as a hostile minion is about. Thus making the army wall even bigger, but I guess it just doesn't work that way. Suppose I could try bringing shambling horror on the extras, or I could just try and focus on other methods to kill quicker.

I am trying to make builds so only the mm/ healers will have anything distracting them from discord. So trying to satisfy all the requirements by an ap build and that way they will just focus on the discord spamming.

It does work, the versions of discord teams I used were composed of shambling and malign intervention's minion. 18 full minions, built very fast.
It takes a little micro-ing but it does work well

Ive been using it on my Rit. It is a piain to micro and it gets quite annoying when your heroes focus on the minions rather than the enemy, but i think the extra minions are worth it.

As far as I know they are very slow with it so chances of kill the new minion are pretty high espetially when you are with a discordway though making a minion and leaving an unexploited corpse is pretty good.
