PC q9 storm bow + questions

I saw another q9 storm bow price check, but I'm still sort of confused, here's the stats:

Ebon Storm Bow of Defense
+15% damage in stance
+5 armor

Is the stance damage considered "inherent" because I can't salvage it? Does having an "inherent" mod increase a weapon's value, or do all golds have this?

Still confused, I saw a storm bow non-inscr PC'd for 40-50k i think, and another non-inscr having merch value..how do I tell the difference?

I seen R9 Storm Bows Inscription For 20-40k so there not much also I sold same kind before like yours got lucky sold it for 15k and yes inherent (oldschool) stuff is worth more than inscrp and most golds are oldschool but not perfects and some have inscrps it depends what you get them out of like zchest=inscription weapons prophesies doesn't have any inscription weapons if that helped you out.
