So in RA the other day I noticed a sin using RaO. I thought it was stupid of course, how the hell would he have the energy?
Well I got bored and gave it a try for kicks. Turns out it works, pretty well actually...
RA Version:
[skill]Jagged Strike[/skill][Skill]Wild Strike[/skill][skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Rampage as One[/skill][skill]Scavenger Strike[/skill][skill]Critical Eye[/skill][skill]Charm Animal[/skill] [Optional]
For RA take a res sig (they never attack your pet), anywhere else take Comfort Animal.
It can easily maintain RaO 100% of the time, may have to pause the attack chain for a second or two on occasion, but 0 energy problems.
Zealous Daggers
Stats:
Crit: 11+1+1
Beast: 10
Dagger 9+1
^ Probably not exact, having 13 crit and zealous daggers is the important part.
Does about 65 dmg per second just normal-attacking, avg 75-80 dps spamming your chain, somewhere around 100-115 with SoH
Use it like you would use a normal RaO ranger, I.E. Kill stuff. Important part though is that if your not attacking your not getting energy.
RaO Sin - No joke

No, you forgot to read.

Meh, I'd rather have a RaO bunny thumper or a way of the assassin sin. Either way that build is bad. Assuming the last slot is a resurrect, you have...
The Decent.
Bleed.
Stance Removal. Every 4 seconds
AoE damage Every 4 seconds
33% faster IAS
The Bad.
Only one lead attack, and it's blockable. (Hellooooo shield bash)
4 skill slots wasted for a 33% faster IAS. (RaO, crit eye, scav strike, charm animal)
No Self-healing, or blocking.
Overall thoughts.
2/10
Not a terrible idea (Giving your assassin 33% faster IAS and 25% faster movement speed, that is) However in doing so, you've wasted your elite and 4 skill slots, a 5th for resurrect leaves you with your single short, "pressure" attack chain. This limitation does not allow you to make full use of your IAS, as the combo simply doesn't recharge fast enough for your IAS to add additional pressure, and the overall damage from the chain is not enough to make it a spike, needing an IAS.
Suggested changes.
Use in PvE.
Use on a ranger.
Use Never Rampage Alone instead of RaO.
Use Heal as One instead of Critical Eye.
OR
Use something else.

Hi.
I chuckled at the sin in RA, his build looked extremely stupid.
Tried it out of curiosity (question: can crit strikes really pump out that much energy?)
Answer = Yes.
Guide to not being a pretentious twat:
Step 1. Person Posts Build
Step 2. You Try Build.
Step 3. You Flame/Praise/Discuss build accordingly.
Good to know the guru community is filled with as many arrogant i-dont-use-mending-and-have-some-fame-so-I-know-everything-about-guildwars morons as it has always been.

The OP is in Glorious Hawk Legion.
You should all smack yourselves for not bowing to the greatness that is this poster and his guild.
Good sir, I commend this build, and if GW were installed, I'd promptly play it.
I remember shit-talking sins using pre-nerf RapidFire, but that shit was imbaaa.
Moriz...you couldn't beat Avarre 2v1 ZvP. What the hell.
