Apparently Halloween is coming back again. What for? And will they be giving players a way to retrieve the hat again. I mistaken what was written on the gw site, and didn't get a chance to get the hat.

Haloween finished a day early due to an anet error so they are giving us extra time to farm CB and ToT bags - there are NO more hats as halloween hats were on halloween and was not effected.
