A perma can farm all of that and much more.
Easiest way (and most boring) to make money is to pro merch. As in buying items from players for cheap prices, and selling at or above market prices. That's the bottom line of pro merching, anything else is simply an overcomplication of a simple concept. Only catch is to be most profitable, you have to have all 3 campaigns (eotn is really optional).
Next best method is running people through missions. Depending on your skill and efficiency, you can make a lot of money in a very short time. For instance, people pay as much as 4k for an "Against the Charr" Hard Mode run. With a perma it can be done easily, and safely in about 2 minutes..... 7 people multiplied by 4k equals 28k for about 2 minutes of work. Even if you only charged 1k each, you would still be making more than 1k per minute, which is EXTREMELY good.
Lastly is farming. I am a farmer, but i ONLY farm on holidays for the event items. For instance, in 4 hours i may make 40k on a regular weekend.......assuming i don't get any valuable mods or something. However, on a holiday weekend, in 4 hours (depending on the holiday) i can make as much as 200k in the same amount of time.
So what time i don't spend running people through missions, i spend gaining PvE skill points (to make my runs and farmers easier/faster/safer). Any money i need, i make by running. When a holiday rolls around, i farm for the event items.
Hope that helps!
