Looking to buy req 9 Dragon's Breath Wand and a req 9 Flame Artifact (Eye Skin).

Will be putting "Live For Today" (+15e) inscription and "of Aptitude" core (HCT 20%) on the offhand, and HCT 20% and HSR 20% on the wand, so if you've got either item with any of those mods already on it that would be helpful.
