Why is raptor farming so popular?

My runs during Halloween: 90 ToT-bags an hour + about 6K from selling random junk to the merchant.
On top of that: about 15-20 golds an hour (10-15K if sold as unided's)
Also 10 Black dyes (8k ea), 10 White dyes (4k ea), and 15 Elite Sin tomes (3.5K ea) (collected during the entire event + re-run - the prices are estimated assuming you hold on to them until prices go up a bit again)

Not really worth it when there's no event drops,- but it's effortless and doesn't require the down time for setting up a team that some of the other mentioned alternatives does.

If you know how to body block, you can kill the boss with sliver armor and kill all the raptors in the cave with radiation field.

I love seeing that spike of 276 exp :3
