Most people have no clue whatsoever about the time and effort it takes to script, program, code or what have you all these updates, run them through tests to make sure there are no bugs with the new coding so players can't whine and bitch like mad more than they already do. Also above all, release them in the time they were said to be released. It's not a bunch of idiots sitting behind ArenaNet desks in front of computers thinking what's the best way to grief our customers/players, it's a ton of hard work i'm sure. Let the programmers do their thing, and have fun playing the game. Let them take their sweet ass time, if whoever feels something needs a bit of extra time i'm sure it's for the best, and because of this we will probably have a better quality game in the long run.
Also i expect a lot of people to go on about that last sentence and hop on the "blame izzy" bus.
