so we do know that with thursday the update will make wisdom/treasure titles be adde dup on all tonns and with this alot of poeple might get them both maxed, will this give us favor , and howmany pople think we will get 20K+ min added becuz of it , please discuss

I don't believe such a high number of people have invested in several characters' Wisdom/Treasure. So I think favor won't go up much. I could be wrong though.

On that note, it really depends on what they change as to whether or not we get a huge favor boost.

If that makes luxon/kurzick titles a lot easier to max then I'd be glad that the favor stays up for a month

As Darmikau said, it depends on how Linsey changes the titles.
The W/TH titles alone won't get much favor. Maybe enough for a full day or two on it's own - maybe reaching to a third day with titles throughout that time.
But W/TH + Kurzick/Luxon soon and hopefully other titles *prays for all grind titles to be reduced*, we might get about a week to two weeks of favor, but nothing more initially.

i'm still confused at what they're doing with the Kurzick and luxon titles. just make everything worth more when you donate it?

I doubt favor will jump much because the treasure/wisdom titles will go account-wide, since most people (who are working on the titles) have only been ID'ing & chest running on one character.
For my account, both titles will go up less than 50 points, because I don't open chests with my secondary characters and I transfer all golds to my main for IDing (unless I accidentally ID them).
And, like Darmikau said - it depends on what changes they make. Will they lower the points required for maxing certian titles? Or will they just make gaining points easier (like their doubling the faction bounties in explorables for Kurzick/luxon title track)? We'll find out Thursday.

I doubt there will be a huge surge of people that wake up to max Treasure Hunter and Wisdom. Most people that do chest running probably do it on one character anyway. I'm at 1,500 chests on my main and might see a boost of 200-300. Those with higher ranks in TH or Wisdom on one character might see better results, but it's not going to be like everyone and their dog has these as soon as the title is updated.

Assuming the titles upper limits will be lowered, it stands to reason that a few people will automatically max them. I dont think it will go too high though, as treasure hunter and wisdom are so far outside the scope of a normal player's imagination, it would be silly to think that more than several dozen would be maxed. Maybe a few more if Kurz/Lux are lowered, depends how far though.
I think we might see a thousand minutes or so, but nothing higher.

This won't add 20k minutes, it will probably only add a couple hundred. There will be almost no players who will suddenly gain max Wisdom/Treasure from this.

It will only max on one character, same as when you max kurzick/luxon its only the character that was doing it. And since you have to log onto a character to get its points to trigger onto account wide w/th only one character will be hit when it gets maxed.
I personally dont think favor will go up that much. I doubt they gonna change SS/LB, the eotn points dont count towards favor, only the legendary's do. Only ones getting changed that will influence favor are: wisdom, treasure hunter and probably kurz/luxon, and I think the kurz/luxon change is gonna be like gladiator change was, just ranks and income changing.

Don't think that it will do anything to the favours as most players, i don't use all my keys/lockpick on one single character, I also don't have one single characters identify all my gold.
but that's me, most players will gather everything and use it on one character they are working one getting to GWAMM, and frankly I don't think many people play like me - on multiple players hence it won't make a significantly big difference. probably help players who are working on one characters reach their goal faster, but seeing if they only work on one character, then i would says still no significant difference. but that's my opinion, base on "guessing".

I took the time the other day to add up both those titles to see just how close to max I would be when they get combined. And sadly to say, Both wisdom and Treasure hunter will only be just over half way. For those fortunate few that do get them maxed, I dont think we will get favor for them.

It may go up a little bit but not a significant amount. Assuming that most of the Guild Wars community has a few brain cells they wouldn't ID golds evenly on all chars and would focus on just one. With that said peoples wisdom and treasure titles will go up a little but no where near maxing.

I dont expect it to do anything to the favor tbh. There may be a very few who are close that might max a title after, but the extra title minutes will be gone within the day ( depending on what actually comes out in the update).

Also keep in mind that you will have many players who might now go after these titles where they might not have been interested in them before. Watch the demand for lockpicks and unid golds start to go up after the update.

The only thing exciting about this is I will know how many gold’s I have received since I started playing. Yeah… I could go through my 10 characters and add it up but its a lot easier to wait till Thursday
