Phoenix of Ascending [RiSe] recruiting for GvG/Ha

Phoenix of Ascending is recruiting north american players for the core GvG/Ha team. We are looking for:
2 Monks (We have 1 core monk atm, But we want to have 3, 1 as a backup)
1 Ranger
1 Flag Runner
1 General Midliner (Ele, etc.)

We are a veteran guild of experienced players looking to get back into the GvG scene. ATM, We half half a core team with which we HA every night. As soon as we get the other half, We may begin to have nightly GvG's.

We are looking for experienced PvPers who:
-Have a strong grasp of Ha/GvG tactics
-Have a working microphone+Ventrilo
-1 million+ balthazar faction
-Non elitist attitude; able to effectively give and take criticism
