This item uses the same skin as the Platinum Staff, dyed black.

Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Domination Magic)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves casting time of Domination Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Domination Magic +1 (20% chance while using skills)
Health +30
