Clarification on 13/11/08 Update.

Wasnt sure where to put this.

Basically was just wanting to know if anyone could clarify what the upcoming update is all about , more importantly will it contain a skill update.

So far what I have gathered from sources on izzys forum is that the latest (balance lol) was pushed out earlier then intended due to a european gw tournament being held the following weekend - so izzy did a 'quick fix' to bspike and ED (neither worked) not giving him time to do any buffs or balance anything else (endurance / fc water ect).

So yeah due to the circumstances a completetly underwelming skill update you had a month to roll out could be excused , but now word is getting out that the new build planned for this thursday is entirely pve related and wont include a much needed skill update. So I was wondering if anyone could confirm this , since izzy will only keep his ring of followers in the know and the rest of the pvp community in the dark.

@ OP: Its only 2 days till the update anyways, no biggie.

sins are being deleted so you cant roleplay naruto anymore.

I don't believe there is a skill update this update, but the next month one will be a lot larger.

Most likely a small somthing to prepare for the 13th's big update.

Fun Fact: Different places sign the date differently. Some do Day/Month/Year, others do Month/Day/Year.

I personally have forgotten which places do which way, even my own country. xD

Title rebalances (which is what people say is "mostly PvE")
and
Reward Points from predictions.

No known skill balance.

He was asking what Thursday's update will be about, not today's. Today's was fixing Jaiju and Magi Malaquire (AGAIN) and removing Halloween NPCs. And fixing the /report bug.

Oh-now i feel stupid.

Things will or will not be balanced when and if they do.

So don't worry about it because chances are, meaningful balances aren't going to happen that often and if there is one, a lot of things will be missed in it.

We'll just have to wait and see.
