Sunspear skills

I would love to have cry of pain and necrosis, but according to guildwars.wiki u get it from the hero skill teachers as soon as u get a rank with the sunspears. But atm im a sunspear commander and i still havent been able to learn it.

Do u need more ranks or what?

You only get them from the Hero trainer at the Sunspear Great Hall and the one at the Command Post.
They're under the Sunspear option.
