WTB High Req Storm Bow

I would like to buy a High Req Insc. Storm Bow for my ranger.
The higher the better since I need it for a low price if possible.
Q13 is great x_x

I am also looking to make it 20/20, 15^50, +30hp, so if you have those mods too, it would be great, but definitely not necessary;.
