Joining kurzick

I was wondering, does it take long before u can join a faction? Atm some dude asked me to go and kill the avatars of 4 or 5 star signs or something.

Does it take much longer untill i can join a faction and untill i can buy the skills that faction has to offer? Im actually just doing these faction quests so i can get those skills, after which im planning on finishing prophecies first before moving back.

well, in fact, you dont have to do anything from factions campaign to get Luxon/Kurzick skills

there are three requirements:

1, being member of an alliance with proper affilation
2, achieve at least r1 in faction allegiance title
3, get 3k factions to pay for the skill

so, the easiest way is to get to a kurzick alliance, then earn 50k faction in AB (which spent to raise your alliance's reputation grant you 100k points = rank 1 kurzick), then earn some more factions to buy the skills you want

theres faster way to get faction than AB - commonly known as HFFF, you have to get as far as to Lutgardis to do that, but 53k faction can be easily done in AB

4. Be lvl 20 to use kurz/lux skill

Me and a couple of friends made our own guild, do i have to leave it in order to become kurzick then?

Ow and AB is pvp right? I would prefer to get some more playtime before i go do pvp, im kinda new and ill get my ass handed to me atm
