Do Celestial Staves drop in inscribable versions? (Im thinking Z-chest etc)
If they do, do they come in smiting versions?

Don't know about staves but I got a shield and a sword that are.The shield came with a +1 smite.

staves and wands do not drop from the zaichen chest, and even if they did, they'd have divine favor req
maybe from hoh chest, but I have yet to see an inscribable one for sale

celestial/zodiac wands and staves dont have a insc version.

Zodiac staves/wands are inscribable only in the primary attribute form (divine, energy storage,etc.) All other attributes are not inscrib.
