Can you really get to cavalon without doing any primary quests?
According to the wiki there is a "roundabout way" but that requires having zos shivros channel, which can be only accessed via doing the kurzick route (normal storyline) or the quest journey to cavalon (also requiring normal storyline)

The "roundabout way" is doing the Kurzick side of the game, then going via Harvest Temple to Gyala Hatchery, to Cavalon - although it would be faster to do Journey to Cavalon quest.
The roundabout way is more for getting to Gyala Hatchery without getting 10k Luxon faction.

Exit Zos Shivros and run to the portal to Mount Qinkai. Travel through Mount Qinkai and run to the outpost Breaker Hollow. Then go through the east exit into Archipelagos and make your way to Cavalon.
The only requirement for this way is that you have Boreas Seabed finished. The way Azazel pointed out isnt entirely correct - your whole party needs to have completed the Befriending quest in order to get through.

You can get to Cavalon without any addition quests after completing Boreas Seabed, which will place you in Zos Shivros.

I've done this run so many times on my assassin I can do it blind folded, almost.
Q.Q
I don't like running from zos to cavalon for one reason, the wallows hurt and you are easily stuck to them, and no, only the leader needs to finish the quest, I can prove it. If I had GW running while I'm in college, awaiting my next class for an hour.
