Hi, i was wondering if there is a specific requirement inside of GW to be able to claim these points?
Reason i ask is because i have been trying for 3 months and never been able to get anything. A friend of mine and me decided then that I'll vote identical to hers. She was able to get points yet i still wasn't.
Any ideas what i could be doing wrong?
Edit: Could it have something to do with the fact that my character registerd in-game is a PvP character and that i don't have a lvl 20 PvE char?

You need to contact Support. They are aware of problems with the Tournament Predictions.

Also I know this may seem obvious to most people but in order to claim your tournament rewards you need to speak to the Xunlai Tournament House representative again BEFORE you speak to Tolkano - Its the Xunlai Tounament House rep who grants you the points.

I got a similar problem with a friend.
He registered his account on the website, registered a character with Tolkano and SAVED his predictions back in October. But today, 14th, he talked to the XTH NPC and he only gave him 5 reward points, just the ones for registering, he didn't gave him the others from the predictions. Is there a problem here? He says he is COMPLETELY sure he saved the predictions, yet he still only got 5 points >_<

If he got 5 points, then that's the "Thanks for playing!" points that everyone gets. If no other points are awarded then either a) He got no matches / near matches. b) Something is wrong. See if he kept a note of his predictions and compare them with the results and if he should have got some points then it's time to go talk to support.
