Any hero build that can take down a Flame Djinn?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone know a hero build(any profession) that can take down a Level 30 Flame Djinn (Kathandrax) under 30seconds while the 600 tank.

I saw a 600 do it before and he/she used a Necro primary to do it but I didn't get the build. If anyone know what professions and build can do that, could you please post it here?

Here's what I saw: 600 tank the Flame Djinn while the Necro was standing from afar and killed it within a few seconds...

dunno what build the necro used, but using daze and a pet might work [broad head arrow] [savage shot] etc maybe?

Does SV become useless once the health of the Flame Djinn drops below the my monk health? My 600 monk health is at 525.

Also, PI won't work....not on heroes. I'm asking for a hero build that can damage the Flame Djinn from a distant.

Besides, as a 600 monk, I have PI and it doesn't do enough damage solo. Party members are at a safe distance from the Flame Djinn.

What I saw was the party members didn't have to do anything. It was only the 600 and the Necro. 600 tank and Necro was about a aggrov circle away attacking the Flame Djinn and killed it within seconds.

Of course, the 600 still maintains all the enchantments from the Smiter.

sv and stop maintaining vital blessing, then switch to 55 hp armor set, let pi and sv do it works, empathy and backfire would also be nice

Ranger - Broad Head Arrow, Read the wind, IAS stance
Necro - Long lasting Hex + Condition + Discord
Possibly another necro with similar skills or an SS/SV necro
