Urgoz - Forming a group

I am trying to plan a group to complete Urgoz in either mode.

I will be running the Earthshaker warrior build if going by this. If offered to join an experienced group I'll change to what is suggested but it is my warrior that needs the statue, so I don't be using a different profession.
