the one I have is r9 air. uninscribable but the inherent mod is halves casting time of spells 10%. Right now it has an adept staff head and fortitude wrapping but all you need to do is toss a swift staff head and 20% enchant wrapping on and you are good to go. 10k works for me. IGN = Evident Chaos
