Zos Shivros Faction Cap, help

I just did this, breezed it to 102 then I dc'd and 007'd because anet hates my connection, then when I logged back on I didn't get the increased cap, and no I haven't doen this before. What could have gone wrong/help?

I think you get the reward on completion of the mission, so if you didnt finish it, it probably didnt count.
