Missing 30 skill points

Hi
I have like 4 new characters that have already reached level 20, but my skill point total remains at 170. How do I unlock the remaining 30 points ? I have searched but couldn't find anything.
The characters are in Prophecies and Factions, I don't seem to have this problem with Nightfall.

You need to do the two 15 attribute point quests. Details can be found on the wiki.

There are quests to do that give you these last 30 points. 2 quests; each gives 15 points. I'll look for the wiki link; http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Attribute_quest

Explanation:The two 15 attribute quests are primary in Nightfall. In Factions they are somewhat hidden. In Prophecies they are way out of the way.
