Dye Combinations Question

Does anyone know what colors I would have to mix to get the closet color to white or black but without using either one of thoses dyes?

On Weapons of course.

How dyes turn out changes according to what you're actually dyeing, for example, cloth based armors will react differently to tanned hide or iron based ones. This won't be as much of a problem with weapons however, but if it comes out strange that might be why.

Anyway, Silver/Silver/Silver/Yellow was what people used for white before it was added, and there is alot of stuff for black; just try and mash some dark colors together and see what happens.

Try purple + green

This also works on most Warrior armor sets.

That combo actually looks pretty good on the Crimson Carapace Shield. Black and shiny.
