a fissure problem need help

I have just got the quest to enter the fissure from whats his face in Kamamdan, I am level 11, I have just accepted M.O.X as a third hero, the only quests I have are the becoming a first sunspear and the honorable general ones...trouble is when I try to enter the fissure nothing happens, but the log book comes up with "enter the fissure" can anyone help me out as to what either I'm doing wrong or what I have to do to be able to enter...I mean I have heard of the earth moving for you but this ground shaking every few seconds and not being able to do anything about it is ticking me off somewhat

You have to actually click on the text that is on the fissure. It's treated the same way as an NPC, so simply walking towards it and standing on top of it is not enough.
