Graphic Card driver problem (or not >.>)

Sometimes my PC just won't load GW an further than the loading screen. At that point everything but mouse freezes and if I don't click on ''exit X'' in next 5s the PC restarts. After Windows is up again I get this error log.

It says the issue is the GC driver but I reinstalled it and the problem persists.
Thanks in advance and if you need more info ask here pls.
Also I've been playing GW on this PC for past 3 years and never had such problems so I doubt it's about the specs. If there is a still need for them ask pls

P.S. Don't get fooled by the appearance, it's Windows XP ;p

You need to reinstall your graphics card driver and use a clean install, that or update the driver.

The bottom item is simply referencing the location of the Windows Dump Log.
