so lets say you and your buddy cast a hex, like life transfer on the same target. i think both you and your buddy get the +hp regen, though i'm not sure.

do the hexes stack? do any hexes stack with the same hex?

does it count as 2 hexes on the enemy? so if he were to remove hex, would he remove both?

The enemy will experience it as one single hex (and thus removable in one go), it's duration is just refreshed based on the hex that was casted last. I'm not entirely sure if both you and your friend would get regen, I assume you both would, but this could be dependent on the individual hex.

you would both gain regen but the enemy only experience one set of degen nd thus one hex. its refreshed each time you cast it.
