So do i need to change anything or is it fine as it is. My budget is probably around $2300

Anyway thanks in advance

I don't think you "need" to change anything, but you'll probably get people telling you you should change this or that.

It'll run GW easy that's for sure.
If I were you (bearing in mind I'm an enthusiast) I'd get a different PSU and Graphics card. 700W is a bit much to power all that - a 620W Corsair HX would've been sufficient. Also, I'd have gone for an ATI HD 4850 or 4870 for a graphics card.
Also, there's no need for that CPU if you're not going to want to overclock. And even if you're gonna overclock, a Q6600 will suffice.

Replace yer PSU with this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703009
Marked 120$ off, cheaper, and +50 watts more.
