PC Req 8 Non max Celestial Longbow

Just curious i this is worth anything.

Basically it is not max damage, it's only 14-27 (max being 15-28 of course)

However it is a req 8 Celestial Longbow
Energy + 5 mod (is not inscribable)

Can't remember the stats now, not much of interest.

So is this worth anything? or shall i just use it as my pulling bow.
