I am looking for:

Jitte req 9 sword
15^50 or +5energy
no need for 20/20 or +30, will not pay extra for them

Bo Starr req9 fire (or earth, air, energy)
20% recharge (of course)
5^50 or 20% cast (of course they don't have an inscription slot, this spot is unchangeable in factions and I understand that so yes, they DO have something in this area but they can not be changed because it is not inscribable, but the spot still exists.... )
staff head and wrapping does not matter
