Since the map is being played, now would be the time to fix it.
The Turtles still get stuck in the base (yes, even if the shrines are capped).
The Juggernauts do not.
If both a Luxon and Kurzick get to netural shrine at the same time, please have it remain neutral until one side is victorious in claiming it, rather than giving the shrine to the Kurzicks.
Is the distance to the yellow shrine for the Luxons supposed to be longer?

It seems it's more favorable towards kurzies imo...I've only 1 once outa like 8 games. Haven't play since.

They do, but it would be better to have it fixed for both sides.
When have you seen two people arrive at the exact same time, and are sure there wasn't the slightest desync involved?
Really this is very suspect whining, the two sides are identical on this map.

If the issue is a bug, then yes, fix it.
If the issue is to give Luxons more power because they keep losing, then no, that shouldn't happen. The map itself is already even and already balanced.

jade quarry is balanced as it is...
all you need is make haste or some other speed buff and you'll win xD
as for the turtles getting stuck well that sucks
but i guess you should of got some pets like juggies ^^ they just look much better.

One guy is always closer than the other.
Your logic should also apply for unclaimed items in PvE.
2 ppl running for it - arrive at the "same" time and presto - only one gets the item.
We should then also "fix" those ppl who get the items 1st

I agree even though I am Kurzick. Maybe even give the NPCs a little more hp. N/A Death's Charge/Death Nova Combo...way is in very heavy use
