Is it possible? I was thinking somewhere along the lines of

I tested this in IoN attacking 2 targets (i know this would work much better on 3 targets). With a hero with [Dark Fury] and FGJ, SY charges in 1 hit. Without Dark Fury, it charges in 2-3 hits. Eremites and Mystic are just for the quick attacks for some faster adrenaline gain. Lyssa was just used to testing so i wouldn't run out of energy, but can be replaced. I also know that the recharge of FGJ is not good, but is there anything else that can increase adrenaline gain?
So, is this a good use of SY on a derv? Is it too hard to do (blocking, blind, etc.)? Any suggestions?
just don't post "use an imbagon" because im tired of my imbagon and wanted to try something new.
EDIT: [Heart of Fury] can be replaced with flurry, or other warrior IAS. Also pve only IAS

It should work. Just make sure you're correctly positioning yourself to get the most out of your adrenaline gain and the damage you deal.

I actually had a similar problem that I posted in the derv section w/maintaining SY. Fortunately it's a lot easier than you think, FGJ, Dark Fury, and any attack skills of your choice are more than sufficient, you can fill up your SY every swing you make if you're hittin 2-3 foes at a time so it's definitely possible

i dont have much of a problem maintaining SY hitting 2 enemies without any adrenal boosts...i do use mystic and eremites ofc. you dont need to spam it, just maintain it
