Your "innovative" imbagon build looks a little sketchy to me. Why on earth would you want the only character not under SY to be running in to use a touch skill? And no TNTF?
If you want to run a sword war, Dlash>Cripslash. Your bar is just bizarre.. I hardly think 5 attack skills are necessary.
Mark of Fury is unnecessary. Things should be dropping so quickly, the 10 second recharge will make it unusable half the time.
If you're going to be so weirdly focused on conditions, why not use epidemic on the necro?

Basically, there are so many things that don't make sense in this build. At all. So I am leaning towards this post to be a troll.

If you really want a good degen build all you need is a Ranger and a Necro/Mesmer.
You could easily create tonnes of degen with just those 2 and still pack some serious damage chars into your party.

your imbagon is missing tnft and it has the only member of the party that doesnt get +100 running into the frontline.

I feel as though a BHA with Apply Poison, Screaming Shot, Signet of Infection, and maybe Epidemic would be just as effective as all of your condition spreaders...

and about condition. One necro with rotting flesh will cause more degen then your build.
