dont know about this one no req+6E Purple offhand without any bonus at all=white......i have played this game for 3yrs and never seen smth like this, maybe i dont pay attention... so wondering if its common?

Yes it was a foe drop and in ascalon area (flame corridor) doing the quest
from encrypted charr battle plans, so there is some low lvl charr involved.

I never said anything about selling i know its merchfood, i only asked if they were common or not since i never have seen it before.

Those types of drops are fairly common in the low level areas. I'd guess you were within range of Ascalon City when you got hat, possibly from a chest. Rare? Not at all, but considering how many purple or gold items drop in those areas, it isn't common either. +6 energy with no requirement is max I believe though.

yes those are very common in low lever areas killing charr. Like in the northlands of presearing. It is for the merchant however as you will never sell it even in presearing.
