activation key problem plz help

i've just bought the gw:fc and i can't activate it because i only have 4 lines of activation code instead of 5 on the card. what should i do?

Did you buy it at Game Stop by any chance?
They remove the cards from the games and sometimes fail to give you the correct one. The local Game Stop gave me only the music upgrade card for the collectors edition instead of the game key card. Make sure they gave you the correct card.

hopefully the place you bought it from will allow you to exchange it for a new one, otherwise contact support with the link darcy gave you.

i bought it in an original package at the local software store and the problem is this was the last one they had in the whole country. i've already written to the community and waiting for the answer:S tomorrow i'll bring the game back to the shop and find out what to do.:S but i want to wait for arenanet's answer first. thx everything
