Lets face it, humans in RPGs are usually the most boring race you can have.
When MOX was released I loved the prospect of one more member in my multi-race party. Him being a golem was just icing.
But heck, it isn't all about my personal preference. Having Heroes of different races would allow ANet to easily tell us or hint at the future of these races, through (hopefully interesting) sidequests similar to MOX. And who isn't interested in the future of the Forgotten, Tengu, Dredge, or other major races in Tyria? I know some won't give a toss either way, but it would be nice to find out.(Especially for the Forgotten, lots of hubbub in the Desert in GW2 by the sounds of it, how do they react?)
I know the GW Devs have lots on their plate and something like this is pretty low priority and lots of work, but it would still be pretty nice to see them pay a bit more attention to some of the cool races inhabiting the world.
P.S. The following classes have only humans reps:
Mesmer
Necro
Assassin
Paragon
P.S.S. I'm not sure if these Heroes would be allowed for PvP, for the same reasons MOX isn't - height/bulk in particular.
More non-human Heroes please!

I've been waiting for a Tengu hero ever since heroes were introduced! I know i'm not the only one who'd love to have a Tengu in their party. I could definitely see a Tengu hero being an assassin...
MOX coming out after it being so long since new content made me think it was possible there'd be more new heroes in future but I don't want to get my hopes up...

WTB Forgotten Paragon hero. More content is always good.

There is room for 4 more professions:
Mesmer
Paragon
Assassin
Ritualist
What I see, in profession to species is:
Mesmer: Tengu (Queztal/Avicara) or Forgotten
Paragon: Margonite (I want The Lost!)
Assassin: Dredge
Ritualist: Forgotten or Tengu (Angchu)
Of course Forgotten/Angchu are mutually exclusive.

I am curious as to why the non caster forgotten take on the different form.

http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Forgotten_Avenger
it does say that the species is "Enchanted" that might be it however unlike the enchanted, they leave exploitable corpses.
they are definitely separate from the enchanted bow and enchanted swords.
But i agree that a margonite would make the best paragon. with the wings and all. The margonite should also be lvl 24
just because Ive never seen a margonite less than lvl 24.But having a margonite and a forgotten in your party??? thats a bigger conflict than Gwen and Pyre.

and for rit,Razah isnt human really so we have a non-human rit, though he does look like a human so i guess another wouldnt hurt,no clue what it would be though.. |
On discussion now: Yeah, I've been wanting mroe non-human heroes since Zhed, and Pyre isn't helping any. I'd have a tengu for an assassin, margonite for a paragon, forgotten for a mesmer, and djinn for a ritualist or dervish. Don't know about any others.

They don't, same with Jora and Odgen I think, and like Talon.
Enchanted dont leave exploitable corpses.. The forgotten champion and forgotten avenger do.
Same goes all the way arround.
For each profession, there should be:
- 1 human male
- 1 human female
- 1 non-human.
So, what's left?
- Human female Warrior.
- Human female elementalist.
- Forgotten One Mesmer.
- Dredge Ritualist. They are a short-sighted race, almost blind. Blind fits ritualist.
- Tengu Assassin. Sharp claws.
- Undead or Margonite Paragon.
With that, we'll get 1 hero for each non-primary attribute of every profession, and it would be perfect then.

Won't work. Forgotten are caster-only.

Well he would obviously be a rebellious "forgotten?" that got kicked out of Caster Academy for shouting and throwing sticks at the other students. He then was forced to join up with humans to prove his worth and that Forgotten can be rough and tough physical characters to.
