Problem farming wardens.

It's me again talking about farming those wardens. i have beat factions with my assassin, i have all the skills and attributes, and I'm ready to go. Just one problem. I wen out from Altrumm Ruins to farm them, but there aren't any there! I don't see why that happened, but if you have an explanation for this, please tell me. thx.
