Intel integrated graphics chips generally tend not to have the same capabilities as a good ATI or Nvidia card and can struggle with too many graphics calculations. They try to utilise the CPU in this case but when that's too busy you'll probably find it just struggles through its job and potentially fails...
My advice is to save up and buy yourself a nice grahics card, doesn't have to be too expensive, just something with a bit more oomph...
Before buying a new card, though, try the things in Quaker's link. If it fixes the problem to your satsfaction, then don't worry about it and enjoy the game. =)
integrated cards are ok at best and they tend to cause all kinds of problems, both in GW and other games. also EotN contains some really good graphics that your comp might not be able to handle, this become very apparent in asuran areas, cause they tend to have the most advanced ones, alteast imo.
If you can squeak out $25 even you could get a graphics card that will perform better than any of the INtel integrated chipsets... and make your GW experience much more enjoyable.
