Diamond Aegis r8 str +30/-5(20%)! Non-Insc

+30 hp always
-5 dmg (20%)

These DO NOT drop insc in strength, only in tactics. This shield you can only find req str in Cantha, non-insc. This shield is thus on the rarity level of amber aegis, echovald, gothic defender etc.
