Changing background

Hey is there any way to change the background of the character and login screen (like right now mine is winter stuff from EoTN)?

I believe it is, at least I heard some people in GURU talking about having their background changed, but never really found out how to do it, or somewhere to get the backgrounds. Now that I think about it, it might not be possible after all. I'd love be able to change back to the NF background

just to add to what kupp said,
technically you cannot change the background through gw menus, however if u have texmod downloaded there is a modification (in UI mods) that allows you to change the menu background, aswell as many other nice touches to the game
(blue glass menus is a subtle fav of mine)

Mini, don't you need the files containing the background itself to be able to apply them trough texmode? Or are they bundled with the program already on download? Because I never found somewhere where I could download the backgrounds from.

well if u use the wikia site and look up texmod, there are links to lots of user made programs, then just download some of them.
i never tried before i had all campaigns so im not sure if it needs to be on your computer already, but i presume it wouldnt matter?

you can't even use texmod, because all it does is change the textures. to get the old prophecies background back, you'll need to change everything down to the wireframe models, which you can't do.
